Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.

One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.

Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones," Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.

Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.52/share.

With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.

Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

OPENING SIGNAL
AFRICA’S FIRST REGULATED DIGITAL BOND IS A $430 MILLION TEST

Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) raised approximately $430 million through a five-year, Swiss-franc digital bond carrying a 1.4925% coupon.

The transaction is the largest digital bond issued in the Swiss-franc market, surpassing a previous World Bank issue, and makes AFC the first African institution to issue a digital bond listed, traded, and settled via regulated exchange infrastructure (SIX Swiss Exchange and SIX Digital Exchange).

Swiss investors drove 90% of the demand, led by banks and asset managers. Proceeds from the tokenised debt security will fund general requirements and expand AFC's African infrastructure and industrial projects.

That is the coupon on AFC’s five-year CHF350 million digital bond. The number shows the transaction was part of a competitive funding programme, while still reflecting AFC’s investment-grade credit profile.

Standard Bank’s Africa units get a second-half lift

Half-year headline earnings rose 10% to R26.1 billion. Management expects stronger loan and margin growth outside South Africa, while adding capital in Tanzania and seeking a larger Angola stake.

Morocco extends fuel support as transport costs rise

Direct support for commercial transport operators continues after petrol and diesel rose again. The relief may delay higher fares, but businesses should still watch delivery costs while crude remains elevated.

POWER
India and Southern Africa return to the trade table

New preferential-trade talks put cars, medicines, machinery and critical minerals in play. The first product list will show where lower prices meet demands for local jobs and industrial protection.

Oil rises again as the U.S. threatens a long Iran blockade

Brent rose 90 cents to $87.97 a barrel after the United States threatened an indefinite naval blockade of Iran. African oil exporters can gain if production and shipments hold. Import-dependent economies face higher fuel, freight and foreign-exchange pressure.

Airlines, manufacturers and transport operators should watch the oil price and shipping insurance together: disruption around the Strait of Hormuz can raise the delivered cost before crude moves sharply.

THE AFRICA ANGLE: Exporters gain only if barrels move; importers pay through both oil prices and transport costs.
